Client requested an upgrade to this existing backyard improving the marketability of the rental property. Re-organization of the yard's spatial layout increases the usable space for entertaining and provides a more varied programmatic experience. Removal of concrete surfaces and increased planted areas improved the on-site stormwater properties of the site at the same time offering visual relief. Utilization of demo material minimized off-site waste. This project was completed with an extremely tight budget.
